NY | SOLD: '77 Trillium 4500 Asking $4800

This is a trailer that I picked up two years ago with the intent of doing some fix-ups and going camping. I’ve been too busy to do what I had planned and have a new trailer on the way (Escape 21), so time to sell. The former owner demonstrated how the furnace, cook top and refrig worked (all were working) and mentioned his recent up-grades;

New hi density foam in all the cushions
New 14" wheels and tires (including spare), wear on the tires are just from the trip from CO to NY
New battery box and dual 20# LP tanks with regulator
New original style entrance door hinges
New CO detector

Configuration; Rear dinnette, front goucho, no bathroom

Current status (good and bad);
All original upholstery with little to no wear
Dinette table with leaf and working hardware
Drawers under seats
Hi lift axle - no brakes (also leaf springs and shocks conversion - see pics)
Windows are original and working
Water pump works, but prior owner never used water tank
All cabinetry original and working
No slide out potty, but space for it
Frame looks like it has supplemental bracing welded on (professionally done)
There is a place on the roof that got bonked/repaired and I believe is water tight - just ugly
There are all the original manuals from when initially purchased (in ’77)
Interior lights were working, but not all exterior. Temp road lights go with the trailer.
Four wire electrical hook-up and 2” ball
Awning not original, condition unknown

So, thats about it, warts and all. See pics for more detail. Trailer pulled very well on the way home (mostly interstates). Pretty much standard wear and tear for a 40 year old trailer. I recently licensed the trailer to get a plate to transfer to my new trailer and to get a New York State title in my name (was titled in CO). I don’t have it in hand, but expect it soon. I believe the trailer is fairly priced (under what I paid) and I would like to sell it within the next few weeks. Cash only in USD please, no exceptions.

Tire/wheel size on my original listing is incorrect. Should read;

13" wheels with ST185/80 x R13 Goodyear Marathon tires, load range C. Date of mfg 2012. The 2 inservice tires show minimal wear (only trip was from CO to NY), with no wear on the spare. Although more than 5 years old, tires show no signs of age degradation. Prior owner painted the wheels black (easily removed), but are the traditional steel powder coated white with red pin stripe wheels found at Walmart/Goodyear tire stores. 5 bolt hub (don't know the hole diameter).
