SOLD NEW 1973 Compact Hunter II

Before you say that's too much.....think: this is basically a new trailer ....everything new from wheels to pop up roof. You won't find a new trailer this inexpensive.....i'm actually losing quite a bit but the pleasure for me was the project. it was a little here and a little there so it didn't seem prohibitive. I highly suggest that you go on the web and look at Compact Hunter II trailers, age, amenities and price to see what you get. I've used it twice on weekends as a break-in.

Recently completed 2 year FULL restoration from torsion axle w brakes 15" tires w spare, anti theft lock nuts, 2x3 tube frame, Rhino liner on face, sides and over marine ply on the bottom, paint, lizard skin on inside walls for insulation and sound reduction, new windows/screens/door, rock guard front window ..... and it only gets better ......7 pin. All LED (exterior and interior), 30amp inverter/converter, dual deep cycle batteries, custom cabinetry that wows, vinyl flooring (all surfaces formica "wipeable"), trundle queen bed, full pantry, closet, plenty of storage. 12 gal water with grey w on demand pump, 12k BTU heater w thermostat. Microwave, 1.7 3-way refer w 2 cooling thermostat fans, 3 burner stove top, exhaust hood, road shower, Shady Boy awning w stabilizing poles if needed, 7.5 propane tank, CO2/LP detector, "porch" lights (2 - one motion detected). All fabrics sunbrella including pop up that zips off for cleaning (including Velcro covers on screens allowing desired air)
swing down stabilizers on frame all 4 corners, 2 inch receiver in bumper for bike rack or like
no C751 locks.....all cabinets/exterior doors with cylinder locks
Everything new ..... everything... includes all hoses, elec cords, surge protector (w chain and lock), locks, wheel chalks, etc ....just add utensils dishes and food. Honda inverter NOT included (but anti theft plate and lock included)
custom cover for outside storage (kept in carport)
You will need 90" clearance to store inside
ALL paperwork in nice binder
dry weight 1280 lbs.
$10K firm
built for sustained boondocking or a simple weekend retreat
click on my user name and on my page is a photo album
So, yes it's really that

plus he has dropped the price $2000. It is a great price but maybe it will take a while to find the right buyer as this is still quite early in the year.

Is there a place to put a toilet/porta potty? Driving back to TX from CA right now. Too bad I didn't see this post while I was in CA.

I love your restoration, understand the road shower, but feel like I need an onboard toilet. Beautiful rig.
