My new 13' Scamp almost fits in my garage but is a little too tall. Does anyone have ideas on how to help such as taking air out of the tires, removing tires, etc? Thanks!

Jack it up and put some used steel rims without tires....Paul
I have a set of 9" rims with tires that I use in the fall when the trailer goes into the garage for winter. They give me about an inch of clearance under the door.
Our 16 ft didn't fit either, we were removing and replacing the vent cover (plastic with kind of a bubble on it) - then we found the RV Doctor in Sacramento and he had a flat-top vent cover - we changed the vent cover and it slides right in, just brushes the garage door as it passes under (7'and maybe 6 inches) - no need to remove/replace, no need to empty/fill tires - just move slowly and maybe give the garage door a little manual boost at the crucial moment.

This has gone around and around a number of times.
Here are at least 4 threads re; the same subject.
Just a note; 8" bare rims will not work on a Boler 1300 as the axle fish plates will drag on the ground, that is why I had to use 10"dia.
