1977 Trillium 1300 Rock Guard Screw Covers

OK, the windows use the Hehr style screw covers, no problems finding replacements.

What I am now looking for is the screw cover for the rock guard. Its a wider track, and shaped differently, so the Hehr cover is not going to work.

Anyone know what I am looking for?

Thanks!

The same black vinyl insert that goes around the belly band will fit in that channel. It is easy enough to pick up at RV stores. Also can be pinched to fit around the vent for fridge for some extra bling.
Don't believe either was factory issue though

I have never seen anything in the rock guard groove before. But I have wondered about what would fit. Thanks for the heads up.

Somewhat interesting to me, the only sign of any butyl tape on the rock guard was across the top. There were no signs of anything ever being under the vertical support brackets. The butyl tape on the top horizontal support was very hard, and cracked easily. No pliability at all. Meanwhile, the butyl around the windows all maintained its usual pliable form.

Based on the condition of the screws and screw holes, the framing on the rock guard all leaked.

Did Trillium even offer rock guards as a an option or are they all aftermarket retrofits? My '78 didnt come with one and it seems to have all the options Trillium offered at the time. I thought about adding one btw but have been more than satisfied with the mudflaps I installed on the tug instead.

We are talking about the cover for the front window. I see on your registry that your trailer has one.
