Maybe someday I'll do this. The writer is not the person who painted the casita. Great interior decorating also.

Very nice, I guess you could say that white is kind of boring and totally not original. Would love to see the inside too.
Thanks, Cathy

Took me a minute to get it! Great comment.
Love that color; looks beautiful and crisp with the white accents.

Is the black guard on the front factory? My Scamp could certainly use some rock protection like this.

Owner of "Free Range" Brown Casita

This is my first post to this forum, so hope I do it right.

First want to say Thank You to Dex for re-posting one of my blog posts here, which led me to becoming a member!

I'm glad to read you enjoy my Casita's makeover.

To the one who commented on the rock shield on my Casita, it appears to be spray painted on (probably at the time it was painted brown). It is a dark brown, and very course material, and does do an excellent job with the rocks.

Unfortunately, I am the second owner of this Casita (one year this month), and the previous owner (and original owner) painted it brown and had the rock shield put on. I get lots of questions about the color, but sadly don't know the real answer ~ but it was the reason I bought this Casita!

Happy to be part of this group.
