Hi, all.
Today I joined the ranks of egg owners - my new (to me) 2006 16' Casita Spirit Deluxe was delivered by the very kind former owners.
We had the grand tour, and he had already made some mods to the table legs, using PVC pipe to stablilze them. I'm really excited to get started traveling. Of course, my job will get in the way some (have to pay for it after all!!) but hope to see some of you on the road soon. Now I just have to find a name for her.
Will be looking forward to more great info from all you wonderful folks out there. I've gotten so much good advice already, tho I've been lurking most of the time.

Congrats to you too! Unfortunately due to a mix up with the title, I wound up having to winterize & put her up before getting to travel at all. Not having towed before, I wasn't comfortable with potentially bad roads, so am spending the winter reading posts on all the FG sites, owner's manuals and the Camping World web site, planning for the spring.
Have been getting lots of great advice for sure. Got the battery out & on a charger/conditioner for the winter, got an air dryer in the trailer & got some covers to protect the tires from the weather.

Hey - sounds like you are making great progress. Anticipation will heighten the experience - we recently had to wait 3 months between selling one egg and taking possesion of another, then another 30 days to get everything ready. Gosh did we really enjoy the next (5 week) trip! Enjoy - see ya' down the road.

Merry Christmas
