I got this one off of ebay. The listing says patent pending, so I will direct you to the seller rather than a listing that will expire. I have no connection to the seller.
Essentially the seller takes a short piece of tubing to fit the C channel, runs a piece of braided cord through that, takes both ends and runs those through a SS washer and then ties a knot.
You can then take the tube and push it through a grommet and then into the C channel to hold up a tarp or anything else. Pretty simple, it might come in handy to someone one day.
