Automatic car/truck/trailer carwash?

I'd like to know if anyone cleans their trailer in an automatic car or truck wash. Our automatic car wash does not allow trailers. I have a hard time washing the top of our trailer as it requires stepping on a ladder. What do you all think?

You could get one of these mini scaffolds or check locally for a mobile truck wash. You might save a few $ with the latter if you arrange to meet them in a yard when they are doing a fleet.

I would find another car wash. Many of the ones in SoCal seem to have steps and a balcony to stand on to wash RV's and Trailers in at least one of the washing bays. Where are you located?

Bring your own soap and brush! I don't know about SoCal, but in Portland... the brushes are often full of mud and grit because 4x trucks go to the car wash AFTER they've been out mudding....

I've seen that in an outdoor wash bay at an RV park - Burnaby Cariboo RV Park and Campground in Burnaby, in the Vancouver area. This is not common in the area - I have not seen it at any other RV park. On the other hand, it is expected in truck washes.

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.
