Batteries and tanks?

My Parkliner ha two deep cell batteries and two propane tanks on the tongue. I haven't weight it yet, but the specs say the tongue weight is 220 lbs.. To my understanding putting the batteries on the tongue is a fix for a venting problem. Seems like a lot of weight on the tongue. I plan on putting a carrier on the back for an inverter generator. Should I move the batteries back there too?

I vote no. Concerns: too light tongue weight, too much stress and weight on carrier, a rough ride for batteries.

Agreed, you need a heavy tongue to keep sway away.
