07 Little Joe has a 78 x 62 bed; true rectangle. It works for us. We don't mind sleeping the the galley/bathroom. EVERYTHING is within easy reach!

I'm bringing it back up again since I'm trying to put together a table of bed dimensions for the various common eggs. The topic comes up periodically and I'm hoping we can put something together people will find useful.
Anyway - The info I'm looking for is the bed dimensions: width (shoulder to shoulder - measured from the wall to the furthest edge of the bed) and length (head to toe - measured wall to wall). I know that for most eggs these will vary depending on exactly where you measure, but if we standardize on the MAX of each dimension - at least we know where we stand.
My recollection is that Boler's, Scamps and Casita 13/16's have 48" wide beds, and that Scamp dlx's and Casita 17's have 54" wide beds. I don't recall the width of the Liberty and don't know the length of any of them.
I'll post the assembled info as soon it's combined and I figure out how best to post it.
Thanks
Mike

Scamps are 44"X 78" on the standard with an option on the deluxe at 54"X78" all models.

I measured my Escape 17B with 5 Cu Ft Fridge - Rear bed - 48" X 77", Front bed - 30" X 76".
Check with the factory for their official bed sizes on all their models: Escape Specifications

2013 Lil Snoozy:
Mattress is 60 inches wide and 76 inches long.
About a 2 inch gap at both ends. Bigger gap at
side of bed but I didn't measure it. Wife puts a
couple of pillows there at night.

1974 Compact I
Length - 75" Width - 73"
Some have mentioned bedding materials. I use an RV light sleeping bag with a removeable sheet zippered in. I can't find them anymore and would like to get another one. Camping World doesn't carry them anymore, is there another dealer to check?

Yep, Travasak is the item. I've searched through the internet and they are pricey. I think the larger sleeping bag would be half their price.
Thanks for the information Gilda.

reno teaser
Hello folks, Finishing the outside body and paint prep before it gets too cold.
Now regarding bed sizes, our Boler custom reno will have a 6' x 4 1/2' bed.
Not bad indeed...

I just wanted to add the 13' Scamp can be ordered with a full size bed in the fiberglass version. I'm sure the 16' will probably have a full size bed soon.

BF Width
Greetings all:
I am looking for confirmation or denial that the early (say 1983) Bigfoot 17' trailers have a wider rear bed (gaucho bed) than the slightly later (say 1992) models.
My preliminary research seems to show this, but I've not confirmed with a measuring tape, and would love some realy world insight.
Thanks!
-I

Ian,
I don't know if this helps but my 1989 Bigfoot B17G has the following bunk sizes:
Dinette bed: appx 43 x 79 inches
Gaucho: 42 x 76 inches
Upper bunk (above the Gaucho): 35 x 72 inches.

There are no plans in the works quite yet.
The 16 has more configurations, all of which would require some new molds. The side dinnette would require even more thought... Plus... the 16 and the 5er share many components while the 5er really doesn't need the mod.
But... who knows, it might happen.
The Deluxe is still the best way to go and the base price difference is greatly mitigated by package content vis-a-vis the standard.
