I just bought a
Trillium 4500. I am SOOO in love... (the trailer and I are still on our honeymoon in fact!)... but still, like every new bride, I'm already contemplating a few changes in my new, ummm, partner.
The trailer has a swamp cooler installed on the roof. Which means, of course, that there is already a hole cut into the roof. I don't like swamp coolers in general (all that moldy water and fungus and stuff) so was thinking of switching it out for a roof-mount a/c unit instead.
Then I went online to look at some trailer a/c units and ended up seeing some portable a/c units... and I started wondering.,.,. I don't like the idea of a hole in the Trillium's roof, so the portable a/c would allow me to close up the hole and just have an internal portable a/c unit. But I've no experience with portable a/c's...
So I'm wondering if anyone has
(a) any experience with a/c units in Trilliums in general
(b) any experience with portable a/c units
Thanks for any and all advice, insights, etc!
