Last summer we bought a 1993 17'
Bigfoot. Used it late into the
fall in Oregon and then came early in Spring down to Colorado where I found a 2008 25B21RB for a reasonable price. It had an accident when brand new but was very well repaired at a body shop.
I love the larger space. I love the stability of towing with two axles.
The one flaw is a plumbing leak, apparently near the water heater. The owner suggested he hadn't prepped for winter. I have yet to even look down there. I'm sure I can handle it. But before I start...
I'm hoping to find the specific manual for my rig. I've checked on this site and with
Bigfoot and found the brochure from 2007 and manuals for later models (which are probably close, but not exactly my year).
Does anyone have a 2008 brochure I can download or purchase?
Also, one more strange thing. I disconnected the house
battery and found a day later that the
lights were still on! It was using the truck
battery. My little 17' doesn't do that. Anyone know if that's an automatic switch that's perhaps missing in my 2008?
I've had a great time on this forum with the 17' and now I'm looking forward to working on this 21'.
