Boler - what's this Plaque supposed to say?

If this were an Airstream it's where it'd say Overlander or something - but this is a Boler...what's it supposed to be telling me?
Referring to the rectangular plate under the aftermarket State of Colorado ID tag. All this is located just behind the entrance door.

Thanks for any input!

I think it should say "Peter's Boler."

My 72 has that but I can't read it, there are words there but they are small and faded. Mine also has the serial # stamped in that tag.

Hi: Peter Crowl... Here's a pic. of the reproduction of the original '77 plaque. They were screen print painted on aluminium. The repro. is engraved on the back in plastic then paint wiped. There were 3 models of bolers back in '77. The Scout, Voyageur, and Deluxe.
The type face for boler is as correct as they could make it...for $8.00!!!

Hi Alf and all
I like that Voyageur plate. I'll have to see if I can find a referrence to a trim line designator on mine and have something made up.

Other than that -mail slot - ok - pizza slot...hmmm...toast slot maybe

Hi: Peter Crowl... I had mine made up at a trophy/awards shop in town. I took in the original metal strip that I peeled out and you could barely make out the words on it. The new one mounted into the backing plate still glued to the trailer. I used a peel n stick product from 3M called "No more Nails", cut to size.
I also have the sales brochure from '77 and one from '80 as well which lists all the diff's of the 3 models + options.
A hand written price for the '77 which was a real shocker after knowing what I'd pay'd for it in 2006!!! YIKES
Here's an original pic of "tours Light" interior.

Looks nice!
From the brochures in the Document Center is would appear mine is a Deluxe. Too bad as I prefer the word Voyageur :~)

At any rate - good tip about the trophy shop. I'll stop at the shop that's near me to check that out.

Hi: Greg H... Strange how things go. The boler Americans had an oval plaque that none of the others had, but only for one year... I think.
Bolers started out quite spartan in equipment and then gained more weight and standard equip. as tastes changed. They added biggie sized trailers to their lineup and eventually folded as cars got bigger too. Even the oil crisis and new small cars couldn't help keep the Wolf from the door in the 80's.
Scamp is the only true clone in business today but it's interesting to see Trill's rise from the ashes!!! Just my opinion for what its worth

Hey! Can I have a tag too? Mine didn't come with anything there.
I think that was only from one factory for a few years.
