Cleaning

My EggCamper was really NASTY after the winter & spring with dirt and tree sap on it. I cleaned it off nicely with Bar Keepers Friend but hesitate to use it again. Now the trailer is a bit dirty but not nasty. I'm looking for suggestions about what to use now. Car wash, dish detergent? What else? Thanks

Hi Bob, you can use anything on your all molded towable that you would use to clean a fiberglass shower in your sticks 'n bricks home. A lot of that stuff will remove wax (and grunge). What you need to do now that you've gotten it clean, is use a good wax... like Meguires Flagship: http://www.meguiars.com/en/marine/pr...rine-wax-32oz/

I'd suggest a twice a year wax job. Before the first camping trip and after the last camping trip of the year.

After you get the trailer clean 3M Finesse really brings back the shine to a slightly oxidized trailer before you wax it. Then follow with 3M Marine wax in the black bottle.
