Cleaning mildew from bellyband

Does anyone know the best method for removing mildew from the bellyband on our 1977 Trillium 4500? We should have covered her during our wet Pacific Northwest Winter. Now we have these ugly black streaks along the roof and down the edge by the door. Mildew has embedded itself along the bellyband as well. We'd like to get her cleaned up for our 2016 camping season.

Any bleach-based cleaner should work. Search Results for mildew remover at The Home Depot

You can clean your trailer with anything you would use to clean a fiberglass shower stall. Just remember, some of those cleaners may remove wax.

You can also use any wash products you would use on your car. I use Turtle Wax - Wash and Wax.

We used Zep floor wax as recommended by Dave last year. Now the old wax has combined with the Pacific Northwest black and green decoration that grows on anything not moving. Thanks.
