Exterior cleaning question Scamp

So we sprayed wd40 on the hinges outside, the traier then was brushed by follage, leaving black streaks on the trailer near door... what can i use to clean this? Acetone?

I use soft scrub on my boat. It seems mild enough

I'd try Bar Keeper's Friend. It has a very mild abrasive and oxalic acid.

I would just use a 3M Marine Cleaner and Wax.

I would try something bland like dawn soap first. If not, then I would go up to a cleaner, and then to barkeepers friend, especially depending on age of trailer.
