Well I may have really done it this time. I was having issues with water making it's way into my 83
Burro traveling on the interstate in the rain.......couldn't find a decent looking stone shield..........couldn't seem to make the
windows water tight in bad weather conditions @ 60 MPH.
So I took it to a canvas shop and they are fitting front, rear and side
windows with fleece lined black vinyl fitted covers-fastened with stainless steel turn buckles- to keep the water out.
There I said it............ Has anyone else resorted to extreme measures such as these? I'm hoping it will look ok going down the road and will take photos this week and let my friends on the site decide.......
(My wife says it will help block out the
light when the sun
lights up the inside of our little egg when she decides to sleep in )
