Red face

We decided to bite the bullet and order new foam for our cushions so I can start on the new cushion covers.
We called The Foam Shop in Burnaby, B.C. and gave them the measurements for each cushion (in rectangles to simplify the process). They really know their stuff and although we wish we could have visited the showroom (we live an 8 hour drive away) we are very impressed with their service even over the phone. We ordered the foam on Monday afternoon and they cut it and it arrived at our front door via greyhound on Wednesday morning! wow!

Make sure you folk are getting the fire retardant foam.

Take a piece of scrap outside and put a lighter to it.

www.customfoam.com is a company in Kitchener, Ontario. They are great. If you take in your old foam they will cut new for you within days. If you are replacing one cushion on the dinette/bed consider replacing them all. I replaced two that were moisture damaged. The new ones have different densities - this means that you have support in some ares, not in others, so I went back and replaced the rest.
Great people.

We are going the same route with our 13' boler. We bought ours with no cushions so I will have to figure out the dimensions as well.

Can you give me an idea of how much the foam cost? I think there is a "The Foam Shop" in Victoria somewhere so that would be very convenient.

Also what is the density and the thickness that you ordered?

Thank-you in advance.
