Hi Bruce,
I've got $3K in it, we're in East TN about 30 miles from VA and 30 miles from NC near Bristol/Johnson City. My kin has listed on tri-cities craigslist, but haven't sent him photos.

Hi Matt,
Not a tear, it's a standy. What I like is it's a solid trailer (not harbor frt) rated at 3500 lbs and 14" wheels, and a FULL SIZE door. I got completed shell for $2700 and added a vent fan, two 20# tanks and propane stove, Engel fridge/freeze and 12 volt system (it was set up for shore power, but had a converter installed). No water as we use carboys and I converted a 1000 watt honda generator to propane (that's why I added TWO tanks) which lets me recharge the battery (1 group 28 ~ 100 amphour). We went 4 nights with no problems running the vent fan all night and the fridge/freeze rotating polar ice blocks into cooler - recharging the battery in the mornings keeping a full charge - still a full charge on the last day. I love propane - no gas stink with the generator and easy to transport.
The thing looks like a cube and was home built by a preacher in Sneedville, TN. He took it to a show in Myrtle beach and received an order for 20 of them to be delivered in July! They are now retailing for $4900 (shell with shore power fridge, ac, and microwave). It is great for sleeping/cooking, but you cant really spend any time in there - too small. sleeps 2 adults in full size bed and our 5 year old on a thermarest in the floor.

SOLD! Thanks to all on this site for help in rebuilding this CT. If I were a bit shorter, I'd still be in glass.
