Just looking

I'm looking at Casitas - want probably a 17 foot model to put in my backyard for use as a guesthouse and as a mobile getaway in the Pacific Northwest, where I live.

Any advice? Any used ones in my area for sale - in Oregon or Washington or northern CA?
