I (though also not a Boler owner) agree with all the remarks made thus far. Towing that large (heavy) of any trailer wouldn't be near so important if you lived on the flat prairie lands, where hill climbing and descending is NOT that much of an issue!

brakes would be a MUST as well as a proper 'trailer tow package' on the tow vehicle, including an equalizer type hitch.
I know Reace (from
Escape Trailer) used a similar truck to tow HIS 17ft
Escape trailer, but thats NOT a 17ft Boler!!! PLEASE be very cautious as to what and HOW you tow, as your lives and the lives of people around you are at stake!!! Safety First.
