Checking the entire frame (no matter the age or brand of all-molded-towable) should be a yearly maintenance issue. Lay on cardboard, or a creeper or crawl along shoulders/hips (or hire some young kid!). Checking the entire frame, floor and intrusion points early every year can save you $$$ and problems.

You can find info here: 3" Frame Recall on 15', 17' & 19' Escape Trailers - Escape Trailer Owners Community

Refers to specific trailers built in specific years. Escape has sent the fix and instructions to those who could be affected and is paying for the work required.

"Escape Trailer Industries is announcing a recall on the trailer frames manufactured for the 15’, 17’, and 19’ Escape Travel Trailers between 2009 and 2014. This recall pertains to all 3” frames with a welded joint where the A-frame meets the chassis rails".

I've laid under my trailer more than any one person needs to in the relatively short time we've owned it. All I can say is I have sure improved it from when I purchased it!

Another 3 years at the most and we will be out of the NE in January. God willing.
