Looks great! Keep posting pictures. Here are some photos of how my trailer ended up and a couple shot of stripping the paint and finding the original colors and evidence of its original use as a rental utility trailer in the 60s:

It has been a good little trailer. I painted it, rewired it, replaced what I think was the original floor, and added an LED rope light to the interior that is fed by the parking light circuit so it can be loaded it in dark places. My brother's PT Cruiser pulls this trailer no problem even when it is fully loaded.

Doubtful you're going to hear back from Reed. He hasn't been around for nearly a year: Last Activity: 07-13-2015 12:05 AM

I'm still here! I don't post much, but I lurk in the background.

I think I paid $600 for mine and I recently sold it for $1000. That was with new tires and hubcaps, new paint, new floor, new interior LED lights, and new LED running and brake lights. It really depends on your market. I live in western Washington State why dry and lockable utility trailers can fetch a premium.

Given what new enclosed and lockable trailers sell for, I think a price in the $600-$1500 range is fair depending on the condition of your trailer and your market.

I think those trailers were rented by Uhaul here in Canada.
I have always thought they would make a great general purpose trailer from a hunting hut to material transfer.
