Replace roof vent on Scamp with fan?

My 1990 13' Scamp has the plain rectangular roof vent. Is there any way to mount a Fantastik Fan in that opening? All of the fans that I've seen are square.

Conrad, does the vent have a red handle for opening the vent completely? If so, this is an egress opening, required for all RVs.... some are egress windows. But, to answer your question... no, at least none that I know of. Typically, the egress vent is over the bed and I've seen where individuals have put an electric vent/fan at the front portion of the trailer... that way you get better ventilation.

The easiest thing to do is cut a new hole forward and install an entire fantastical fan there. Since most camping is in hot weather, and many eggs don't have good ventilation up front, that seemed like the best way to me.
