Rock chips repair ???

My trailer has a number of tiny rock chips in the surface of the fiberglass, obviously from numerous small flying stones from my tow car. There are also some mild scratches from vegitation. None of the damage has exposed the glass webbing. How best to fill/repair/refinish these areas to make it smooth and good looking again?

You can get a gel coat repair kit from a marine supply or on the net. They include some basic colors that can be blended to match your trailer. Usually you mix some resin with catalyst and dab it into the blemish, then cover with cellophane until it cures. You can wet sand it to level if necessary, and rub it out with compound.
