Charles - this years gift
Quote:
I got Pam a new sewer "ring" or donut last Christmas
How about a box of those throw away plastic gloves to go with the ring? Just make sure they are in YOUR size. :jester

And I'm printing
Thanks Bev ... but I'm tempted to print out all your "present" reports for my wife ... because she's probably just giving me new underwear for Christmas!
Ken ... giving her gloves would spoil her, don't you think? I just make sure I don't hold hands with her until she washes up!
Ok, ok, gotta tell the truth. Dumping is my job ... and has been since day 1. I don't lose a lotta sleep over the issue. In fact, sometimes my friends and I go to a campground and dump everyone's trailer for them!

Here's the crew hard at work!
I know, I know, most guys go share a beer or two ... but for us ... nothing like handling 40 black tanks or so.

Charles,
Isn’t that the time when you said, “Here use my hose”? The one with a B’Zillion pin holes in it. We must have done thirty trailers that day.

Everyone looks fairly alert except the guy holding up the standpipe (is that Wilford Brimley?) and the guy leaning on the gentleman in the red shirt.

Yeah, Morgan. I wasn't going to say anything, but I did notice right away just which of those guys are NOT wearing gloves... :mex

Gloveless
Gloveless
That's because Mikey and me are obviously supervisory material.
I mean, we are obviously take charge type people ... and good at delegating.
It would be easier to handle the hose yourself ... but it takes real management skills to inspire others.
Actually, I think Mikey took off his gloves for the picture. He thinks he looks more handsome without gloves.

Charles and Ken -sewer ring
Gee Norm's been giving me old car parts for gifts for years. I'll NEVER tell him about this thread. I do not want a sewer ring for Christmas - gloves or no gloves!

:wave
Charles had to keep people awake and moving forward. They thought it would take a long time and had a tendencey to get out of their rigs.
I, on the other hand, had to direct people where to pull up to and stop on the blocks so we had the maximum tilt to the trailer. Gloves were not required to direct traffic, eh?
(The gloves charles gave me had pin holes too. :bh )

Pin holes
Michael, while some may call holes in sewer hoses and gloves "pin holes" ... I prefer to call the holes "ventilation openings" ... that way the holes should more like a "feature" than a "liability."
