My good trailer buddy, in Florida, asked me to post this. It's for others that might've been dissatisfied with the caps which SCAMP currently sells. He said he was very disappointed with the product that Scamp sells and thought this might be an alternative option. I wonder if anyone bought from this place and tried them out. Let us know if you have...the good, the bad or the ugly!

While never having used that company in the cosmetic upgrade of our Trillium, we DID use similar covers readily available at most all R/V dealers although most of them (dealers) wouldn't have the vast array of coloUrs(LOL!!) or sizes shown herein....

I have used the Pro-Dec product on my 2001 Scamp 13'. I cannot attest to their longevity. I replaced all the caps. I used 8/8 on the smaller ones and 12/12 on the larger ones. I placed a small dab of silicon on the rivet then snapped the cap on. A very easy fix and it looks really good.

I'm about halfway thru putting the snap caps on my SS Bolts. I'm using butyl tape under the cap base and down in the hole.

Ordered them thru pro-dec and they came really fast, seem to be very good product, and they offered a lot of shades of white and cream that matched the older gel coat pretty well.. Maybe can attest to the longevity in about two years.

GREAT! Thanks for telling us and keep us posted with pics if you can. I just unexpectedly bought a trailer and may have to order some myself, tomorrow. What color did you buy for yours...how did it match up? I just can't tell what color off-white/cream to order...so much to choose from! I want to see how you put the butyl tape in...can you post a pic of that part? What glue did you use...or do they send that with your order?
Thanks.
