thermoplastic for backsplash

Has anyone used the new sheets of thermoplastic that is a look alike for the old tin ceilings? It is very light and I thought it would be great for the backsplash to replace some rotten wood. However, we live in a small town, where it would be a special order at the hardware store, so I'd like to see if there are any photos, and if folks are happy with it. Available in different patterns, and colors, eg copper tile look. Thanks!

Holy cow, Roy. Was that mold inside your Boler? If I'd seen a trailer like that I'd have run away as fast as I could. I didnt realize it could be brought back to such beautiful condition when it was that far gone. I thought it would always smell and mold would constantly be creeping back through. BEAUTIFUL job!

Yes it was mold Melissa, if you go back to the beginning of the thread, you can find out how we got rid of the mold and did everything else.

Thank you.

PS, I'm still working on the plumbing and the wiring. It's been an off year for free time. Having the second trailer does not help.
