What are the dimensions for the back beds on the larger (16') U-Hauls? I'm hoping they are wider & longer than most other 13 foot fiberglass trailers...!

Dan, I don't think you're going to find any dimensional differences between the UHaul CT 13 and VT 16 in the rear dinette. I think they were all stock and the same sized cushions and tables.
If you want the biggest bed in the molded fiberglass RV world, it's in the Burro 17' widebodies. Nothing else comes close.
... unless you wanted a Casita Liberty. It'll give you a kingsize bed, but no dinette. If you got one without a bathroom, then you could convert the front sofa into a two person dinette.
Suz means no permanent dinette. The (2 person) dinette in the Casita Liberty is moved out of the way when it's not being used, and its space forms part of the bed when you convert it from a double to a king.
