I use Donna's yellow wedges (thanks Morgan) and sometimes a variety of wood and other 2x4 etc depending on how much I have to tweak the trailer to get it into the chosen spot.
I'd love advice on how to wedge the tires in when parking in less than level spots. I'm guessing it is just a learning process, but a couple of times the trailer has shifted MUCH more than I wanted when it lifted off the ball from the truck....

Not cheap, frugal -- Cheap involves another person; if you don't get yourself a birthday present, you are frugal -- If you don't get your wife a birthday present, you are cheap (and in deep doo-doo).

Hi: All...Would it be considered "Cheap" or "Frugal" if I got my Wife a set of Wheel Chocks for her "B-D"???

Orange ones from Walmart. I like 'em because they stack. I can take all 4 stacked together and they still fit in the storage door.

....like Kevins but usually FREE at a well stocked auto dismanteler (IF you are willing to go on a scavanger hunt therein, LOL).
A 'birthday present for you wife, ....I'd say ONLY if you didn't mind 'wearing' them where the sun don't shine (....very much, LOL).

Does the phrase "deep doo-doo" sink in?

Actually, that's called a Football, as in when you were a kid you got your mother a football for he birthday because she didn't have one and maybe she'd let you play with it...

I have a yellow set, same as Donna. Got them one at a time at garage sales- 50 cents or a buck each I painted my stands yellow to match--easy to spot as I pack up. Call me frugal ( read cheap)

Maybe I'd better give away a pair of Yellow Donna blocks at the NOG for the nametag contest

"Donna Blocks"
I kinda like the sound of that.
I have a pair for each wheel AND a couple of collapsable ones that came with a long gone Mazda.

We use the yellow ,"Donna" ones also. I noted they have an expiration date on them, maybe five years. Can this be true? Also use the BAL leveler on the low side.

I love the folding pair I have in my Jeep, but I couldn't find them again for the trailer (and I didn't want to cannibalize my Jeep set up...not yet). I have the yellow ones from Camping World. They're bulky, but they do the trick.
A note on the folding ones...if you DO decide to pull your trailer straight over them for any reason, they WILL collapse. (I only have one of my original pair left since I inadvertently drove over one with the Jeep....oops!)

I also use the Donna yellow ones, Though the other night we were in a site that I was a little worried that they wouldn't be enough so added rocks behind them. Then even though we were unhooked from the truck, I hooked my saftey chains to the truck along with the safety brake wire. Finally felt secure enough to go to bed. LOL........ We didn't go anywhere and probably would have been fine, but I wasn't so sure. The saftey brake wire made me feel the best cause I figured if we did roll away, it would break and put the brake in motion. At least that was my hope after a very long day. Robin

2pr. from Camping World (like Donna's) but now faded. I'll have to check for an expiration date( ), never occurred to me and ours are about 5 years old.
