Totally agree with you, Barbara.

But today it seems inexpensive install sliding window instead of installing jalousie windows.

This is probably the competition caravans sale prices bringing us less interesting because equipment cheaper.

...unless they're the new Scamp radius jalousies, in which only the center portion swings out. In my view the slight advantage in area is not worth the additional complexity. But then, I don't camp in the rain very often...

We camp in the rain and have sliders with plenty of ventilation and no water infiltration...
