Isn't trial and error how Edison invented the light bulb? Nothing wrong with that. Raz

Edison only did it that way because, in 1878 the phone had only been invented 2 years before and all he could get was 33 baud rate dial-up service and the internet only had seven addresses, and three of those were already "Adult" sites.

Engineers used to build bridges by trial and error, and more than a few failed. Now they study what others have already learned.

We can benefit from what others have learned, or we can try "Trial and Error" methodology, to each their own.

Eternabond can be used for temporary repairs, but its intended use is for permanent repairs. On a roof vent, it should work very well.

Silicone only has one useful place on an all molded towable. That's on the interior, if needed.

Silicone = Devil's Bane.

Anyone that tries to apply that stuff on my trailers, well... I have been known to ride a broom.
