Yellowed Seams?

I am looking around at used trailers and have noticed some of the older ones have what appears to be yellowed seams inside the trailer? What is this, can it be fixed and if so, how? Is it a 'bad' sign or just an age thing?

you can paint them, or the entire ensolite/insolation or buy new stuff. Although if the originals still have 'stick' I would leave them.

The ones on mine that were still attached were yellowed too. I think its normal sign of age.

If they are still stuck tight to the other material, they are OK.

The seam tape does become discolored over time. When we bought our '82 Scamp two years ago, that was one of the first things I wanted to change. I ordered a couple of rolls of seam tape from Scamp, pulled off the old tape and put in the new. It was very easy to do. There were some places that didn't stick as well, so I used a hot glue gun on those spots. It really improved looks of the interior!
