110v Roof Vent?

I'm helping a friend replace her non-powered vent in her Boler. She doesn't have a 12v system and so I'm searching for a 110v powered vent.

I have a MaxxFan and would be interested in something similar - the only thing I can find is a Ventline powered vent that I assume won't have the same power. Anybody have experience otherwise?
