What size is your Boler? I will assume you are asking about your fresh water tank? Well normally you fill it with water via an outside port and depending on how you get it out depends on if you have a hand pump at the sink or a faucet with knobs which would indicated you have a 12 volt pump that needs to be turned on in order for it to pump the water out of the tank. Sorry thats the best I can do with little info...

Hi Carol, we have a 13' Boler, it has a hand pump as well as a hot water faucet at the sink.

Is the hand pump not working? As long as you have water in the fresh water tank the hand pump should work. If it hasnt been used in a while it may need priming or the seals in it replaced in order to work. Are you sure you have a fresh water holding tank? Some of the old bolers dont and it only works with a city water hose connected to the outside.

a Hot water faucet? You have a hot water tank on your 13' boler? In that case that tap will also not work until the hot water tank has been filled. There is normally a by pass on the fresh water piping that may need to be turned in order for the hot water tank to fill.

Sorry cant be more helpful.

Chances are that the pump is for your tank and the faucet connects to the city water inlet. Follow the hoses from underneath the sink.
