1975 Trillium outer plastic window trim

Hello, I'm hoping someone can direct me to a source where I can order the replacement plastic window trim (screw covers). The windows are aluminium and have an outer track where this trim covers the screws for the window. The original is black in colour.

I live in Victoria, BC and believe I've seen a previous post here somewhere that advised there was a place to buy this trim NEW in Vancouver, BC ?

Thank you in advance for any help on this.

That covering MAY be available at Meridian R/V in Poco. I replaced ours a few year back and cut the pieces (I think in comes in about 8ft lengts) about 1/2 in longer figuring it would shrink as did the belly band cover. I'm still waiting for this shrinkage to occur, so I guess I'd be safe enough now to remove and trim it to proper length??

That stuff just HAS to around somewhere in the lower mainland....

Did you get a part number, name or description that we could use?

Here is the link to their catalogue:

GO-RV.com - RV On-line Catalog

It says they only have white but I just bought some black. I don't think they have many left but I'm sure they could order some. It was something like $9 for a 8 ft section. Hope this helps.

PS Roy did you ever buy that trillium badge on ebay...it looked cool, I wonder what it was from? If you don't want it I would buy it from you. Good luck with the cover strips.

Thanks Chris,
No I didn't buy it yet. Got a 2nd email from the seller offering to meet, but he did not give me contact info other than to reply through ebay, which is not cool, if you know what I mean.

I had made many contacts on the internet including the ones above. Nobody could get me POLOR WHITE (not in stock), until I found ShopRvparts.com and I have them on route. I've purchased 10 8ft strips and will probably not need all of it. Here is the item #

303707
Hehr Screw Cover, Molding, 5/8" Wide Overall, 8', Polar White

They did have 3 other colors.

Hi Dezz,
That sounds strange, Polar white is the newer whiter white, colonial white is the older creamy white. Any time I've tried to find something in colonial they tell me it only available in polar. Go figure?

My package arrived today. The polar white looks and fits good. I'm very pleased with the product and can't say enough about the service from shoprvparts.com

Thank you all for your input along the way. Much appreciated.

Hi,
Just saw pictures of your trailer and I was wandering how you attached your outside table to the side of your trailer.
What did you put on the trailer and how,?? screws or rivets ??
It would be nice to see picture
Thanks
Lou

Hey Lou,

I purchased this piece from Dyers Rv

Patrick Table Support - Supports & Brackets - Table - Hardware

One part is riveted on to the trailer and the other part is attached to your table. Really very simple. Use some butyl under your trailer piece and so far no problems. Let me know if you need any more info.
