2009 13 FT Scamp leaking through fan flange

This spring we had leakage through the fan flange. I removed all rivet caps, cleaned, re-caulked (with 3M 4200) and replaced
caps. I also cleaned out and re-caulked the seam around the entire flange. This solved problem until yesterday when noticed leaking again after a big rain storm. The new caulking still looks good but I noticed a crack in one corner of the flange near a rivet. Should I try to seal the crack with caulking or do I need to replace the flange? Any input greatly appreciated!
