Wow, what a hassle, but at least you will get a new one. It's still a bummer you had to waste a bunch of time fixing the first one. I hope you will post some photo's and a write up on the new one.

GREAT news. It's nice to hear this molded trailer manufacturer is going to stand behind their product. Word of mouth advertising is priceless and IMHO their brand was tanking.

Thanks for all the kind words. While we had the opportunity to order anything we wish, we choose to simply replace what we have. We did ask for a two burner stove instead of the three if possible. We really like the weight and size of the 13, albeit the bed could be larger. Having a trailer made from the same molds means almost all the modifications we made for the current trailer will fit in the new one. Another bonus for fiberglass. I will see if I can get to posting pictures of those soon. Thanks much, Raz

The short version is although a replacement trailer was built, we never received it. We were uncomfortable with the legal document we would have had to sign to get it, so we said no thanks. We are proceeding with repairs to our 2010, and we will share as they occur.
We dipped into our retirement savings to buy this trailer figuring if we took care of it, it would last us the rest of our lives. The trailer we were sold was apparently a practice trailer. We really like the Trillium design and the jalousie windows are great. But if we had to do it again, refurbishing a used one would have been a better choice. Hopefully our experience was unique. Raz

I am like you, would not like to sign a legal document. Especially if you did not have to sign one the first time you purchased the original unit. Thanks for giving us an update.

Even signing the front of a drivers license is a legal document. For me, it would depend on what the document said that I was to sign... I can't very well say "no legal document."

not to criticize your decision, raz, but after all the BS you had to endure with the trailer you received, i would have had my lawyer scan the document and get his/her opinion, in light of the value of the trailer being offered......but that is simply my 2 cents worth.

Hi: P. Raz... I've seen those "Legal documents" before. Sorta amts. to a gag order with other conditions!!! We had to sign one to get some warranty to replace 25yr. shingles that didn't make 15. 1000's of others bought them too, but we ended up better'n most due in part by the local roofer who did the replacing. The mfg. wanted me to send them a shingle off the roof as well as pic's but I cleaned the crumbs out of the eavestroughs and sent them in a large ziploc bag. My guess was that the package looked suspicous enough to garner some attention.
Too bad it had to come to an impass with your trailer. I went to CanAm RV near here, to see a new 1500 Trill. from Mattman they had in stock and never made it past the door of the trailer.
