202 Casita 17ft SD Black Water Elbow

The UV has gotten to the Black water elbow. It is leaking and in need of replacement. Has anyone done this, is the connection to the black water holding tank threaded or glued? Also there is a retainer ring where the PVC pipe comes out of the camper body. What is the best way to remove this ring?

Do I carefully remove the elbow from the existing pipe?


Anyway I need to replace that elbow and need some advice?
