3-Way fridge controls

Here is a pic of our 1974 Boler fridge controls. Thermostat knob is self explanatory but how do I use/set upper right knob for functioning? Obviously for gas usage, but what settings to use? Anyone have a manual for this exact fridge?

I am making a bit of a guess, but I think the other knob is also a thermostat for when running the fridge on electric. I see the toggle switch left of it has both 110 and 12V. You would then set the intensity with the knob to the right. I say this because of the hand written numbers like the lower knob.

I have to agree with Tim
They are both thermostats, one controls the gas flame when on propane and the other controls the electricity when on electric power.
But don't worry Butski...I've got a brand new fridge and no matter what setting I got the thermostates on/ either on gas or 110v....my food will be frozen in the morning and warm by the afternoon on sunny days.
The insolation is so little in the fridge the outside ambient temps will effect the inside of the fridge.
Ever try to fry a frozen egg?

Sorry, but this sentence makes absolutely no sense.

Quoting Gerry:
"Ever try to fry a frozen egg?"
No, but I've had eggs scrambled in the shell, thanks to wash-boarded roads.
