At least I think it is. It's about 10" wide by about 18" tall. A max of 4" thick. I called
Scamp and talked to a guy in parts. He said he had been there 25 years and never heard of it and knows nothing about it. I wanted to know if there was a thermostat originally with the unit. So
Scamp was a dead end. This thing has an electronic ignition you push like on a
propane BBQ in the lower right hand corner. Lower left is (what i call) a thump lever you push left while snapping the ignition while trying to start (I assume). just to the right of that is the gas control knob. Off, Hi, Low, etc..
It's called "THERMX" Caravan MK II A, It has a chrome wire grill. Anyone know something about this old dog. Do I need a thermostat? Was it never intended for one? Any info at all will be greatly appreciated.
