Once you get the screen out you can check the linkage to make sure it's still connected, then try spraying the inside of the little gearbox with penetrating oil. There should be 2 screws holding a cover on that will let you check the gears. If all else fails then take the little gearbox to an rv dealer

Thanks Joe

Do you know where and how to change the outside light on left side of the door looking in? Not sure where to purchase one although I would think that it would be a few screws to repair it

The outside porch light is a pretty common one found at most RV shops. We have a member here Chuck who has a company Fiberglass Trailers Trailer RV and he has two styles for sale.

Once you take the lens off, you will see the light base is held on by two rivets, drill them out and you can mount the new fixture. Most dealers will have the same style as original. Just be careful when you drill the old one out, as it's pretty easy to drill right through the ensolite on the inside. I would solder the connection where the wires join and heat shrink over top, but a good quality crimper and crimps will work. If you do crimp, make sure you tape or heat shrink over the splice.

Thanks Joe I did take the window screen out above the sink. Now the window does not crank open or closed with the turn handle. It does turn both ways but doesn't move the window. I see the little gearbox is black and appears riveted together. I can't lubricate it or anything so how does one repair it
Thanks for all the help
Tony

I used a can of LPS with a nozzle on it to reach inside. It's beginning to sound like you need to pull the gearbox off though. Can you get a picture of how it is attached and upload it?

New gear boxes are available. Most RV parts places should have them.

looks like your window will have to come out to change that one, there are lots of posts on this site about removing windows, browse the forums, you'll probably find all your answers, and come up with even more questions
