a gizmo on Boler wall
On the Boler 1700, inside between the bathroom and the fridge, up high, there is a chrome bracket on the wall, but it is currently not serving any function. I am wondering what it was originally? Perhaps a towel ring? it has a hole in it, I believe, all the way through. Anyone still have the original hardware? Thanks!

There is a hole in the wall of my Dolphin that goes all the way through. When I saw it inside I couldn't figure out what it was for. But from looking outside I realized that it is for the antenna wire for Tv or radio. Only reason I know this is it's right below brackets on the outside with a sign that says to watch the antenna around power wires.

I assume this is on the inside wall - of the cabinetry - not the fiberglass trailer shell. In our B1700RGH, that would be above the closet; we don't have any fitting there. I don't recall what is there in the side-gaucho floor plan.
A photo would help.

can't see it Peggy. Looks like you're trying to link to your album and the thumbnail is too small.

I think a towel ring might be a good guess if it weren't up so high...
Which direction does the bathroom door open? Is this on the hinge side, or the latch side? If hinge side, I would guess door stop. If latch side, we're back to towel ring...

My vote goes for towel ring. The type that have a single mounting bracket and a metal hoop you hang the towel on.

I finally saw it by going to Peggy's album, still can't see it in the post. For those like me that can't see it, here it is:

The 17' Boler we had had that same item. It had a 4inch plastic ring for a towel in it

gizmo
ok, looks like a towel ring...but I don't want that in the "living room". I have already put two towel rings in the teeny bathroom, (but I don't think mu hubby likes his being in there) Anyway, the gizmo is sturdily attached, so now I'll have to think of something else to use it for. Still gonna try another picture here...not sure why some people, like Brian, cannot see it.
