Thumbs up

When installing a roof vent fan in a 13' scamp is the wiring already in place or must it all be added? Thanks for any help on this. Jean

HMNNN..

Maybe the Scamp factory would know.

I wonder if they WOULD run wiring to an option that wasn't there. Maybe they do.

NOPE.
Scamp only run wiring where needed at the time they manufactured, i.e. if a fan was installed wiring would be run, no fan installation, no wire.

Jean,
Casita runs the wire for a vent fan. When I installed a Fantastic Fan, the hot wire was already there!
I'd call Scamp before saying positively the wire didn't exist.

A phone call would certain settle the matter...but, I bet Byron is correct. Scamp does things a bit differently. No extra nuthin' unless ordered that way. For instance the roof isn't reinforced for a roof A/C unless it's ordered.

So give Scamp a call...with your VIN number...they should be able to tell you exactly how your particular Scamp was built. Thank goodness they didn't lose all the information in the fire!
