I'm looking for an Alberta retail source of the Interlux Brightside paint that the do-it-yourselfers on this site rave about. Need to find it in Calgary or Edmonton, but an on-line search reveals nothing. I have seen the occasional one litre can of white at Canadian Tire. But it is time to get serious about painting over the winter, and so I'd like to find the colors, and bigger can sizes. Thanks.

Yes - Industrial Paint has it - they also have a paint called Endura (very similar - actually tougher)which they will tint for you. You can either have them colour match something or use one of the hundreds thay have already developed for other clients!

Good luck on your project.

Hi Peggy,
My web search found these suppliers for Interlux:

Boatcraft 6316 106th St NW, Edmonton 7804374919 7804334373
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
HARPER'S MARINE 5520 4TH STREET S.E., CALGARY 4032528104
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS & PAINTS 5-5558 FIRST ST SE Calgary 4032528368

You could also try giving Boat Mart a call (north end of Gaetz in Red Deer) 403-342-7015. I've had luck there for a few other products, so maybe

HPC (High Performance Coatings) also in N. Red Deer advertises Endura 403-314-2221 www.hpc.ca

Also, there are many boat repair and manufacturing shops in and around Sylvan Lake that might have what you need without having to go to the 'big city'.
