Another rim ?

Hi, First of all, thanks to all who responded to my first rim question! Now for number two, and, I am probably not thinking this out enough. 13 foot Scamp with 13" x 4.5" wheels. Can I put 13" x 5" wheels on? There seems to be more of a wheel selection with that size. thanks ahead of time, GaryG

Ah no, unless you change the hubs. The studs don't move.

Donna, I think that he is referring to the rim width, not the stud circle diameter.

I do believe you're right Thomas. I read it as "wheels" 5x5 rather than 5x4.5 My bad. Should have thought of a wider tire. D'oh!

A wider tire should not effect too much as long as the tire is not hitting the upper wheel well when traveling.
