Here's a recent post from Yahoo Scampers:
I bought one of these http://www.tailgatershade.com/
great. I attached it to the roof my scamp
with 2 hooks that are
attached with 3M two-sided tape I found at wallmart. I think for
the money you will be hard pressed to beat the price.
I sling a rope over the egg, tie each end to the end of a pvc pipe and
bungee the middle to the wheel wheel on the opposite side. One edge of
a plastic tarp is tied to the pipe and the outer edge is held up by
left-behind poles that I scrounged at a campsite when someone trashed
their tent (also available at Wally, etc.). I made it long enuf to
cover the open door and the doorway, so I can keep it open in a summer
Inexpensive it is, and if it blows away in a storm, I'll make another.
The problem with sturdy is that if you neglect to bring it in, or get
too close to something with the moving trailer, you will likely damage
the trailer (perhaps in a wet storm).
