Ken, most of the small parts etc for all our trailers are used and found on many brands of trailers so you should be able to find a usable replacement for most items. For bigger items such as cabinets you would need to do a custom job. I dont know if they came with brakes if you do a Google search on this site on Beachcomber you will see lots of old posts. Looks like some had brakes some not and others have them but they dont work. I think if you go to the main page of this forum you might find a manual with more info on that in the Documents Center.

There is an old thread called 1976 Beachcomber B15 that gives you some specs - but be warned the weights given may be out of the manual as they seem way to low to me for a 15' trailer. So they may be the manufactures dry weight which means you need to add about 600/700lbs to the 1450lbs to that. A Surfside 15' which is much the same as the Beachcomber weighed ready for camping at 2120lbs total (including tongue) and a Trillium 15' weighed in at 1974lbs loaded for camping. With a full propane tank and a battery on the tongue its also a good bet the tongue weight will be more in the 160lb or higher range as well.
