Thanks Donna,that was addressed in posts #7 &#8 but for some perhaps it can't be stressed enough.
Also thanks to everyone, for the positive feedback, I hope it sparks ideas which help others enjoy their little fiberglass trailers more fully.

Thanks for the pix! I get it now. I didnt realize there was already a base that was used in conjuction with the smaller table. All I could think was that your bed has 22" missing when not using the King Extension and thought ya'll must be tiny people, LOL!

Now do you have a front bath or bunks? I didnt see any details about your trailer in your profile.

What you want to be careful here is not to block off all air exits, I did some temperature measurements around the grill of my 2006 Scamp furnace. The temperatures are well below the point where flesh will burn (below 145°). If the vent was blocked completely I doubt there would be enough air flow for the furnace to come on. I didn't try blocking or partly blocking the vent to see what would happen more than what can easily be blocked with the bed cushion.

The air flow switch is in the combustion air flow only.
