Big Foot Charging problem

Does anyone have any experience with a Big Foot Charging system? Our battery is fully charged and the 12Volt system does not work, all the 12 Volt did work a few days ago. Am I missing a defective fuse in the charge controller or what?

I had the same problem with my 19' Bigfoot. After hours of trouble shooting I found a line fuse under some panelling in the storage compartment ( with the converter and shoreline storage) front left as you look towards the front, when inside the trailer. The give- away was the panel was fastened with two screws.

Thanks for the tip, I will go and check for the other panel. Our trailer is a 1987 by the way.
